Psalm 71:7
Young's Literal Translation
7As a wonder I have been to many, And Thou [art] my strong refuge.
You are a wonder. People are in awe of what God has done in you and through you. People remember when you used to spend all night at the club. Now, you spend all night shutting in with Jesus. People remember how many lovers you used to have. Now, you have given yourself to the Lover of your soul. People remember that time when you overdosed, but you are still here. Hallelujah!
The enemy tried time and time again to kill you. He even tried to get you to kill yourself. He is the father of lies. He told you that no one loved you. So, you drank, smoked, took drugs or had multiple sex partners to fill the void. Or you may have stopped eating, ate too much, or even got a razor to slit your wrist. Whatever it was, you are still here. You are a wonder to many. You may have scars, but your here. You may have children with a person you though was the one. You may now have medical conditions caused by the damage that was done, but glory to God you are here. The enemy may have even tried to get your mother to abort you. But , you are here. The enemy may have tried to kill you as a baby, but here you are. Your mother or father may have abandoned you then, but that was a part of God's plan. No one but you could have endured what you went through.
Look at you now. Your life now draws people to Christ. If you don't ever do anything else in the Kingdom... you are living your purpose. Some ask how did you make it ?The Word of God says we overcome by the word of our testimony and the Blood of the Lamb. Never be afraid to be transparent. Keep running to God. He is a sustainer, a refuge. Hold up your head, you are a walking miracle...God's wonder.
